Recursively in English.

So let me address attention to my friends that speak English. I was commenting about recursivity, which is a concept normally associated to maths. It is helping me to get a analytical view avoiding to break down the system analysed. Recursive is the procedure that is divided in steps, and one of those steps includes repeating the application of all procedure considering the previous partial result.

Maturana has a view that two ways are possible to know a reality: one view that regards the way the things and people goes, in terms of their appearance (normally referred to as behavioural view) and other one which tries to get inside the reasons of the observed system 9the recursive view). By the former, everything to do is test the reality as receiving inputs and returning outputs as a result. But in this situation, it would be impossible asseverate any paticularity about the analysed system, except some inferences regarding an external environment from which it is detached. Analysing the realtion of inputs/outputs one can guess the disturbances that come from the outside of the system, and outside of it of course there is the observer as well.

By the point of view of the recursivity, however, the observer should include his/her conscious as being outside of the system. But the focus will be, however, will be in the interior of the system, even regarding that this point of view understand its analytical tip by repeating this procedure to each internal component.

Maturana and Varela made clear that the phenomenal domain of an observer observing a system as a whole (simple unity) is not the same as that established in observing the same system as a network of components (composite unity).

The mode of an observer's engagement with a composite unity is therefore dependent upon how he/she discerns the boundaries of the observed - the overall system boundary (simple unity) or a set of component boundaries circumscribed by the extent of the componential network (composite unity).
